Tubulars with a single internal seam and a soft structure, used to cover the straps of orthopaedic braces, and custom cutting of materials such as hook-and-loop and foams.

In short
For orthopaedic applications, Aravec manufactures on contract textile tubulars with a single internal seam and a soft structure, used to cover the straps of orthopaedic braces, and cuts materials such as hook-and-loop and foams to size, to the manufacturer’s specification.
Orthopaedic and healthcare
In braces, the straps stay in contact with the body for a long time: covering them with a soft tubular, with the seam hidden inside, makes the surface more even and pleasant. It is one of the uses of our tubulars, which we make to the size of the strap to be covered.
With roll slitting and contract cutting we also process materials such as hook-and-loop and foams, in strips and pieces of the required size.
Medical device requirements remain the responsibility of the manufacturer: in our quotation we state the proposed materials and the documentation available from the supplier.
One single supplier
Collars, piping, lace loops, straps, tubulars and cutting in the same factory: fewer suppliers to coordinate, faster sampling.
Our method
You present the component: a drawing, a technical sheet, a sample or simply its intended use.
Our R&D department evaluates the most suitable materials, sizes, finishes and processes.
We make prototypes and samples to test and approve before production starts.
We produce the batch in our Trevignano (Treviso) factory according to the approved sample.
