In sports footwear, comfort lies in the details: the edge that wraps the ankle, the finishing of the upper, the lace loops. They are small components, but they must be consistent from batch to batch and arrive ready for assembly.
For this sector we make straight padded collars that create a snug closure at the top of the shoe, piping to define the lines of the upper – also reflective for visibility – and straps and lace loops. With the contract cutting service we supply components already cut to the right length.
